Employers can schedule testing for 5 or more employees (with 3 day notice) * Base Fee: $200 * Same Day: $400 - Includes: 1 technician * Costs of tests not included * Additional Technician:$50/ea If you please note that emergency testing is subject to a higher fee of $599 plus the cost of tests and must be ordered by calling our office at 866-961-8774.
